Wrapped Pork Burger

I have used 100 grams of pork mince to make a hamburger patty, then made up a no carb burger with a large iceberg lettuce leaf, sliced tomato, cheese, a fried egg and a teaspoon of chilli sauce and a teaspoon of Mayo.
The wrapped burger really is ingenious.  And the pork is very flavourful. I made the patties by adding egg to the pork mince (half an egg is adequate for 100 grams) half a teaspoon of coconut flour, a drizzle of sesame oil, a drizzle of soya sauce, pepper, salt and smoked paprika to taste.

It is delicious and you could easily substitute the lettuce for a cabbage leaf and do more of a coleslaw filling to go with the patty. An excellent alternative to the standard white bread hamburger bun.
