I'm on my way to my way to my next target of 90 kgs.
I'm really happy with my progress. The yoga has been awesome in combination with my nutrition plan. I feel so energised and I'm noticing my arms and legs especially are feeling more toned.
It still feels odd taking selfies when I have tried my best to stay away from cameras for the past 2 years, but I'm slowly learning to love my selfie :-)
