Creamy Zucchini Fettucine

I whipped this little number up for lunch.  Bacon, mushroom and zucchini ribbons sautéed with some garlic, a little butter, EV olive oil and then the sauce is a couple of tablespoons of left over pasta sauce (Pams brand) and about the same of fresh cream.

The cost is about $1.50. Zucchini (some of the last of the season) is from the garden and the bacon was the last of a pack of butchers scrap bacon. The expensive component was the mushrooms at about half the cost of the meal, but so worth it.

It took 5 mins prep and 5 mins to cook. Quick, tasty and delish!
