Pork Mince Chowmein

This huge plateful is my lunch today! 

I stir fried 100 grams of pork mince,carrot, leek, green and purple cabbage and fresh pineapple with seasame oil, soya sauce, garlic salt, pepper and smoked paprika. I have sprinkled chopped almonds and seasame seeds on top for some crunch.

The result was very tasty and cost wise around $2.50. 

Gotta love lunch...
