Spicy and Nicey!

Today I made my own Cajun seasoning from a mixture of smoked paprika, chili flakes, garlic salt, black pepper and a little cumin. I used this as a dry rub for a fillet of lemon fish (at a cost of $3.45). To go with it, I sautéed sliced green beans and zucchini from the garden and added about a dessert spoon of pumpkin seeds. I did it all in the one pan, so it only took 6-7 minutes all up to prep and cook.
The fish was moist, spicy and delicious and the greens were a nice compliment to it. It is a big serve, but it's all good stuff. I will definitely be cooking this again soon.
