I'm not too worried about the time scale as long as I'm making progress, although... part of me would like to get to 80 kgs by the end of September, so I can fit into my wedding dress on our 15th wedding anniversary. This is what I looked like then:
Fingers crossed I make it into the dress, but if not - who cares!
Yoga hasn't happened for a couple of weeks now, but I have been trying some breathing and meditation when I find I have a few minutes of down time, like waiting in a queue or when I'm feeling a bit stressy. I plan to get back to it tonight and really stretch out my muscles. It is such a great low impact exercise. It takes practice but it is worth the effort.
