Fish and Chips - A Healthy Alternative

This is a piece of panfried Terakihi fish served with grilled parsnip chips seasoned with Morrocan seasoning and tumeric, fresh baby spinach leaves and lime (to squeeze over the fish).

The fish was discounted - $2.60 for the fillet, the parsnip was around $2.00 and the spinach no more than 50 cents. The lime was free from family so for close to $5.00, I had a good sized feed of healthy fish and chips for lunch.
