Next target is 85kgs, but I am very close to 87.4kgs which is a special milestone as I will total 15kgs of weight loss at that point.
I'm still aiming for 76 kgs - 12 kgs to go. These will be tough. Up to now I have been losing my kilo a week with a careful nutrition plan and some yoga practice. I have a feeling that I am going to have to step it up if I want to continue at this pace...
